Madison has been an incredible source of support during one of the most difficult times in my life. Losing my 16-year-old Yorkshire Terrier, my beloved princess Adrian, was truly one of the hardest things for my family and me! Madison showed up consistently and compassionately every step of the way, always treating Adrian with such gentleness and dignity. When the time came to say goodbye, Madison stayed right by my side. Although I had experienced the loss of a pet before, this was the first time losing my own, and the heartbreak was overwhelming, made even more difficult by the isolation of the COVID period. Madison held Adrian as if she were her own and guided me through the process with such care, patience, and understanding. She supported my family and me emotionally in a way that went far beyond expectations. Her tenderness and knowledge were evident in everything she did.
